To establish safe, hygienic, and legally compliant Food Truck Parks across Mumbai in corporate hubs, sports turfs, and private commercial zones, bringing structure and opportunity to the mobile F&B industry.

  1. Reintroduce the Food Truck Park model with legal compliance, modern infrastructure, and scalability.

  2. Create micro food ecosystems at locations with high footfall and demand (corporates, turfs, events).

  3. Offer plug-and-play vending solutions (trucks, kiosks, pods) to small vendors and established F&B brands.

  4. Aggregate food truck operators under a structured Mumbai Food Truck Society (MFTS) umbrella for advocacy and standards.

  5. Ensure sustainable operations with zero roadside congestion and full municipal compliance.
